About Anna
Anna knows that not everyone wants to talk about their problems out loud. She has experience working with people who prefer this for various reasons, including people who feel it’s just a preference, autistic people, people who are not confident with spoken English but can write fluently, people who have physical differences that lead to difficulty speaking, and many others. She because believes all people deserve access to counselling whatever their communication preferences.
She takes a person-centred approach to counselling, guided by the individual needs of clients and adapting to support them in the ways they find most beneficial.
Anna is an understanding and friendly counsellor who takes a gentle, supportive, and accepting approach. Anna allows space for clients to explore who they are and who they want to be in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
She is neurodiversity friendly, LGBTQIA+ allied, sex-positive, kink friendly, poly & ENM friendly, and values openness toward all people regardless of their backgrounds or current situations.
She has a Master of Counselling and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 2. She lives in Canberra, Australia.
