People prefer to communicate in text for lots of reasons. Text-based counselling is for anyone who:

  • Feels nervous during face-to-face or voice communication
  • Expresses themselves better through text
  • Doesn’t enjoy talking
  • Wants to be able to think through their responses
  • Just prefers to write things out 

Whatever the reason, everyone deserves the opportunity for counselling that supports them, in the way they want to receive it.
