About

I am a gentle, affirming, and understanding therapist, with experience in supporting adults, teens, and children with Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, learning disabilities, mental illness, disabilities, chronic health conditions, and more. I draw from lived experience and welcome clients from all backgrounds.

I am very person-centred in my approach to counselling, which means I will listen to what you tell me you need and then adapt my approach to match that. We’ll talk about the things you want to talk about, and work on goals you want to work on. If you’re thinking “It would be so helpful if we could…” then I want to know! (And if you have no idea, that’s fine too! We can figure it out together.)

I am gentle, accepting, supportive, and I take genuine joy in seeing people being their unique selves and living in ways that work best for them. As a counsellor, I see my role as being a person who helps and supports you as you’re working towards your goals – maybe you’re already going well and just need some fine-tuning, maybe you have a specific problem you want to solve, or maybe you want to start from the ground up and reshape your entire life. Whatever it is, I’m here for it and I want to work with you to achieve it.

I am neuroaffirming, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ allied, anti-racist, respectful of your relationships, disability-friendly, and work hard to make everyone feel welcome. You have a right to live your life how you want to live it and I support you in doing that (whether you agree with me or not!).

I have a Master of Counselling degree and I am registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Level 2. I’ve been working as a counsellor since 2022 and I live in Canberra, Australia.
